Fox Run: The Center for Children and Adolescents, a subsidiary of UHS, is hiring a FT LPN for the Day Shift (6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) in St. Clairsville, OH. The 100-bed facility seeks passionate nurses to provide care in a behavioral health setting and support a brighter future for patients and communities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• LPN performs under the direction of a Registered Nurse in providing nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing basic understanding of psychiatric and personality disorders.
• Knowledge of psychiatric and medical nursing procedures essential.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served.

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required
• A minimum of one (1) year experience as an LPN in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred
• Currently licensed to practice practical nursing by the Ohio State Board of Nursing
