Care Options for Kids in Illinois is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health. You will deliver focused, one-on-one skilled nursing care in the child's home, guided by an RN and clinical leadership.

This role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships, clear directions, and consistent support. A stable environment with PPE, CDC-aligned practices, and ongoing training is provided to help you thrive.

Qualificações

• Current, active Illinois LPN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online).
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
