Job summary

Springfield Nursing & Rehabilitation in Springfield, KY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 12-hour shifts. Same day pay available and base pay of $28.00 per hour.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with great benefits, shift differentials, PTO accrual, 401K after first year, and overtime options. You will organize unit duties, administer medications, and ensure quality resident care in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Current State RN licensure is required.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience or equivalent.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible during the shift for the total nursing care of residents in the assigned unit.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company regulations.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques.
• Transcribes physician's orders and performs additional duties as assigned.
