Job summary

Springfield-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Center in Springfield, KY is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for 12-hour shifts on the 1st and 3rd shifts. The base pay is $28.00 per hour with same day pay available and multiple differential programs to enhance earnings.

You will provide total nursing care, administer medications, and ensure compliance with regulations. We offer great benefits, PTO accrual, 401K after the first year, overtime options, and flexible scheduling; come in for a walk-in

Qualifications

• Current State of RN licensure.
• A minimum of 1 year related experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible during the shift for the total nursing care of residents in the assigned unit.
• Assumes responsibility for compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company regulations.
• Explains procedures and treatments and care plan to resident.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Transcribes physician's orders.
• Additional duties as assigned.
