Job summary

Springfield Nursing & Rehabilitation in Springfield, KY, is seeking a licensed RN or LPN to oversee the nursing care of residents on assigned units. The role supports quality of life through compassionate care and adheres to federal, state, local regulations and the facility's care plans.

Position options include full-time, part-time, or PRN with 12-hour shifts. Competitive pay with differential programs, PTO accrual, flexible schedules, and retirement benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current State of Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure (KY).
• Minimum of 1 year related experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible during the shift for total nursing care of residents in the assigned unit.
• Explains procedures and treatments and care plans to residents.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per approved nursing techniques.
• Transcribes physician's orders.
• Additional duties as assigned.
