Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. We offer 12-hour day or overnight shifts, competitive pay up to $35/hour, and opportunities for advancement.

You will provide care for residents in the SNF and Long Term Care Units, perform medication administration, monitor vital signs, educate residents and families, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license required.
• Day and night shifts available.
• 12-hour shifts with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for SNF and Long Term Care residents.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident and family education.
