Weatherly Inn is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support high-quality resident care in our assisted living community. This role emphasizes teamwork, strong clinical standards, and meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Join Weatherly Inn for a morning shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with weekend/holiday coverage. Earn $38.00–$39.00 per hour with merit-based increases and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State LPN license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of nursing or related experience preferred.
• CPR, Fundamentals of Caregiving, and Dementia & Mental Health Training required or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and glucose checks with accurate documentation.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition and report concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety procedures, and boarding home regulations.
• Serve as Charge Nurse when scheduled or in absence of supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized nursing station and medication room.

• Complete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentation
• Follow infection control, safety procedures, and boarding home regulations
• Serve as Charge Nurse when scheduled or in absence of supervision

• 1+ year of nursing or related experience preferred
