Job summary

Weatherly Inn Ultimate Parent in Renton, WA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support memory-care and resident-centered care in our assisted living community.

This full-time role offers morning shift 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with weekends and holidays. You will administer medications, follow care plans, document changes, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ year of nursing or related experience preferred.
• Active Washington State LPN License required.
• CPR, Fundamentals of Caregiving, and Dementia & Mental Health Training within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and CBG checks with documentation.
• Monitor and document changes in resident condition and report concerns.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety procedures, and boarding home regulations.
• Serve as Charge Nurse when scheduled or in absence of supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized nursing station and medication room.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications, treatments, and CBG checks with accurate documentation
