Overview

Position – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Location: Montello Care Center – Montello, WI (onsite position). Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN. Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends – True Flexible scheduling, you choose what fits your schedule.

Job Summary

The LPN must be a clinically competent, licensed practical nurse who provides care to a group of patients/residents under general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, families, responsible party, and all health team members.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $27.00 – $31.56 per hour dependent on experience
• PLUS $2.00 per hour PM and $2.50 per hour NOC shift differentials

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Assess residents and report changes promptly
• Document care in the EMR
• Monitor performance and mentor CNAs
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance
• Completes all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• Active LPN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity. (in good standing)
• CPR certified
• Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
• Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Clinical experience
