Job summary

Seasons & Crown Hospice in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our full-time hospice team (Monday–Friday). You will provide hands-on nursing care focused on comfort and quality of life, while supporting patients and their families during end-of-life moments.

Ideal candidates hold a Missouri LPN license, have strong communication, empathy, and a calming presence. Hospice experience is a plus, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to dignity and compassionate

• Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
