Job summary

Seasons & Crown Hospice in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our full-time hospice team (Monday–Friday). You will provide hands-on nursing care focused on comfort and quality of life, while supporting patients and their families during end-of-life moments.

Ideal candidates hold a Missouri LPN license, have strong communication, empathy, and a calming presence. Hospice experience is a plus, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to dignity and compassionate

Qualifications

Current Missouri LPN license.
Hospice or home health experience preferred but not required.
Strong compassion and excellent communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
A heart for hospice and desire to make a difference.
