BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice LPN to provide skilled nursing and psychosocial support in patients' homes across Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. This weekend per diem role covers Saturdays and Sundays 8:30a-5p, with guaranteed hours and 1:1 client care in a home setting.

Join a multidisciplinary team with 24/7 clinical support. Active LPN license required; local travel to cases is expected.

Qualifications

• Active and current LPN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Previous hospice experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing as part of a hospice care team in patient homes.
• Deliver psychosocial support and collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.

Weekend Hospice LPN

Shift: 8 hours Saturday and 8 Hours Sunday 8:30a-5p

We are recruiting for a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to reliably serve patients in the Springfield, MO and surrounding area This is a Per Diem position working Saturdays and Sundays with guaranteed hours.

What you’ll do:

As a hospice LPN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing, psychosocial care, music therapy and veterans services to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive comfort and dignity.

What you should have:
