Allina Health Restorative Suites, a Cassia-managed senior care campus in Plymouth, MN, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with a dedicated staff to promote comfort and quality of life for older adults.

New grads welcome. Full-time or part-time positions with evening and night shifts (3:00 PM–11:30 PM; 11:00 PM–7:30 AM). Competitive pay and shift differentials of $1.50 and $2.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have MN LPN License and be in good standing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule

11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Wage Range:

$28.90 - $35.50 / hour, depending on experience

Shift Differential:
