Cassia is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Allina Health Restorative Suites in Plymouth, MN. This part-time, benefits-eligible position offers weekend options with a wage range of $19.83 - $24.72 per hour, depending on experience.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, document care, support activity programs, and report changes to the RN. Minnesota CNA certification and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration and report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on the computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe residents and report changes in physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Allina Health Restorative Suites, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Position Type: Part-Time, benefits eligible position, working a varying schedule including weekends

Shifts Available:

• Days 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Wage Range: $19.83 - 24.72 / hour depending on experience.

Location: 2775 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN 55441 West Metro

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
