Job summary

Kearsley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an LPN to join our team for 3pm–11pm shifts. Full-time and part-time positions available, with wages of $30 to $38 per hour and daily pay. The role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality nursing care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold an active PA LPN license and BLS CPR certification, with the ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in PA.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards, plan of care, and physician plan.
• Follow care plans by Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan and policies.
• Monitor residents, report changes to supervising nurse/physician.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and regulations.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC) and facility policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond appropriately to clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
