Job summary

AristaCare in Philadelphia is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high‑quality nursing care to residents based on their individual needs. You will work directly with our in‑house Talent Acquisition Team during the recruitment process.

This full‑time role includes 12‑hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM), competitive pay, a sign‑on bonus for full‑time staff, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessing residents’ physical and mental conditions.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
