Job summary

AristaCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents at our Green Brook Township, NJ facility. Responsibilities include medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity, and developing individualized care plans.

This full-time position, with options for per diem and part-time shifts, requires an active New Jersey LPN license and CPR certification. IV certification and long-term care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current LPN license and CPR certification.
• Current, unencumbered LPN license in New Jersey; IV certification preferred.
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents including medication supervision and health monitoring.
• Assess residents' physical and mental capacity and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
