Job summary

AristaCare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents according to their individual needs. Responsibilities include medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity and developing individualized care plans. The LPN is responsible for leading by example, assessing resident care needs and taking action to provide high-quality care.

Location: Linden, NJ. Available shifts: Part Time 7-3 / 3-11 / 11-7 (Weekends).

Qualifications

• Must possess a current license and CPR Certification.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Nursing in New Jersey.
• IV Certification, preferred.
• Experience in a long-term care setting, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents and supervise medications.
• Monitor health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Assess physical and mental capacity and take appropriate action.
