Job summary

AristaCare Health Services is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents based on their individual needs. The role supports a team-driven environment with a focus on excellence in resident care and hands-on clinical expertise.

The position offers part-time and per diem opportunities with 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM). CPR and PA LPN license are required, with IV cert preferred and LTC experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administering and supervising medications.
• Monitoring residents’ health status and reporting changes.
• Assessing residents’ physical and mental conditions.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
