ClearView Healthcare Management's Owenton Healthcare and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Join a warm, family‑oriented facility in a tight‑knit Kentucky community that values growth, flexibility, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include bedside care, recording vitals, medication administration, charting, and coordinating with RNs and physicians. We offer strong benefits, tuition reimbursement, retirement plan, shift differentials, and daily pay options.

Formación

• Current LPN license.
• One year of experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide bedside care to patients, including personal hygiene maintenance.
• Record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate).
• Collect patients' health information.
• Relay information between patients, RNs, and physicians.
• Give oral medications and injections to patients.
• Test a patient's blood sugar levels.
• Urinary catheter insertion and care.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene.
• Monitor for changes in patients.
• Proper charting, documentation, and maintenance of patients' medical records.
• Ask questions when in doubt for clarification by the Registered Nurse.
• Acts as a role model for ancillary personnel.
• Maintains the confidentiality of the patient's clinical records.

LPN Responsibilities:
