Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Orlando, FL. You will provide direct patient care to residents and patients, assisting with daily living activities under supervision of a professional nurse.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for each resident.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation.
• Oversee Falls and Pressure Sore Programs.
• Provide nursing services to residents.
• Document thorough evaluations of residents' medical status at admission and during treatment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

As a LPN, you will provide direct patient care to our residents and patients, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
• Provide nursing services
• Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout the resident's course of treatment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
