Job summary

Aviata Health Group in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents and patients.

You will perform direct patient care, assist with treatment plans, supervise CNAs, and participate in falls and pressure sore programs, with a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
