Job summary

Onalaska Care Center, part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) on the night shift, is seeking dedicated staff in Onalaska, Wisconsin. Bethany St.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in Wisconsin as LPN/LVN.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care is beneficial, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by attending physicians.
• Assess individual residents’ needs.
• Plan, implement and evaluate care for a defined group of residents.
• Supervises CNAs in assigned unit and directs their duties.
• Documents residents’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing in the electronic charting system.
• Routines rounds with all patients in the assigned unit.

The Onalaska Care Center is looking for a part time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) for the night shift. We offer excellent wages, paid time off that carries over every year, shift differentials, weekend differentials, excellent benefits, referral bonuses and more.

As a LPN/LVN you will:

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by attending physicians.
• Assess individual residents’ needs.

• Documents all information regarding a resident’s physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing in the electronic charting system.
• Routine rounds with all patients in assigned unit.

Requirements:

• Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN).
• Experience working in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care is beneficial, but not required. We will train the right fit for our team!
