StoryPoint West Chester is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team as a Nurse Supervisor. Full-time positions with flexible shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) are available to fit your schedule.

Prior supervisory experience and dedication to elder care are essential features of this role. You will lead and train caregivers, evaluate residents, and communicate changes to physicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Memory Care/Assisted Living experience preferred
