Job summary

Laurus is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (LPN) in Libertyville, IL to lead and train a team of caregivers in an assisted living/memory care setting. The role requires supervising staff, evaluating residents, and coordinating with physicians using EHR/EMAR.

Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality care, communicating with families, and building strong team relationships while supporting elderly residents in daily activities and health needs.

Qualifications

• LPN license in the state.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.
• Passionate about working with the elderly.

Responsibilities
