Part time | Per Diem Available | Personal Care Unit

The INN at The Horsham Center for Jewish Life is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work on our Personal Care Unit.

Available Schedules:

• PRN and Part time
• Shift options: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and 11PM - 7AM

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor residents and communicate any significant changes in condition to families, physicians, and team members
• Administer medications (PO, SC, IM) as prescribed
• Accurately maintain and record medications per policy
• Receive and transcribe physician orders; update MARs and notify pharmacy as needed
• Complete daily wound documentation
• Promptly report concerns or changes to the Nurse Manager

Requirements:

• Active LPN in the state of Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in personal care or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• A team-first, resident-focused attitude
