Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations in our skilled nursing facility in Florida. This role ensures residents receive quality care in compliance with standards and regulations.

The LPN will administer medications, monitor resident conditions, document care in the EMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Eligible FT/PT shifts include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, or 11p-7a, with a $6,200 sign-on bonus for full-time

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.

• Document assessments and care provided in the electronic medical record
• Assist residents with daily needs as appropriate
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Support the nursing team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care delivery

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Detail‑oriented with effective time‑management skills
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• EMR experience preferred but not required
