Job summary

Seaside-Health-and-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct nursing care in our skilled nursing facility. This role covers 3p-11p and weekend shifts, with full-time and part-time options and a signing bonus of $6,200.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document in the EMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care. Florida license and nursing program completion are required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Detail‑oriented with effective time‑management skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
