Job summary

Bayview Rehabilitation at Scalabrini is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care within a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. Daily Pay and flexible full-time or part-time opportunities are offered to support residents’ dignity, comfort, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted nursing standards and the plan of care.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments as per the plan of care and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond to clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.
