Job summary

A healthcare organization is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team at Lincolnwood Rehabilitation and Health Center in North Providence, Rhode Island. This role includes providing patient care, following care plans, and administering medications. Full-time and part-time positions offer flexible shifts, competitive pay, and sign-on bonuses. Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care.

• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Same Day Pay! 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM. $3 PIB. $1,500 Sign-on Bonus for PT. $3,000 Sign-on Bonus for FT. $32–$41 an hour.
