Job summary

Palm Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an LPN to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in a supportive team environment. The role involves administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with physicians and families to ensure coordinated care.

Qualified candidates will hold a New York State LPN license, demonstrate compassion and professionalism, and ideally have experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.

• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the unit.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for residents.
