Job summary

Palm Garden in Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our post-acute care team. This role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care and collaboration with a dedicated team.

The LPN will administer medications, monitor residents via vitals and assessments, supervise CNAs, and document changes in residents’ conditions. We value teamwork and a respectful, safe environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Active and clear LPN license.
• Caring attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required.
