Job summary

AristaCare at GreenBrook is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents at our Green Brook Township, NJ facility. Responsibilities include medication supervision, health monitoring, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with a dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will have an active LPN license in New Jersey, CPR certification, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide patient care and contribute to a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current license and CPR Certification.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New Jersey.
• IV Certification, preferred
• Experience in a long-term care setting, preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents according to individual needs.
• Oversee medication supervision and health monitoring.

AristaCare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents according to their individual needs. Responsibilities include but not limited to medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity and developing individualized care plans. This position requires overall teamwork, collaboration, excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. The LPN is responsible for leading by example, assessing resident care needs and taking appropriate action to provide high-quality care to all residents.

Available Shifts: Full-time, Per Diem,Part-time Subacute Nurse (Every Other Weekend)

Requirements:
