AristaCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents at our Plainfield, NJ location. Responsibilities include medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing capacity, and developing individualized care plans within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in New Jersey and CPR certification required.
• IV Certification preferred.
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

AristaCare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents according to their individual needs. Requirements:
