Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in New Jersey. You will provide focused one-on-one nursing care for homebound patients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs, working under RN supervision and with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care.

This role emphasizes stable, supportive relationships, safety, and adherence to CDC guidelines, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN license or multistate license.
• Physical within the last three years.
• PPD or Chest X-ray.
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care.

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with experience caring for tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients in a home health setting.
