Care Options for Kids is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home health care in New Jersey. You will work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver skilled nursing care with consistency and compassion.

Qualifications

• Must have NJ LPN license or multistate license.
• Physical within three years.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Valid BLS CPR card (in person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
