• Must hold a valid Delaware LPN License.
• BLS CPR certification (in-person).
• Must complete physical examination within one year.

• PPD or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
