Job summary

The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for all shifts at our Mount Ivy, NY campus. The role involves direct resident care in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care unit, including medication administration and monitoring patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Ability to administer medications, including IVs.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
