Job summary

Glengariff Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for on-site care in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Shift from 11pm to 7am, with responsibilities including medication administration (IVs), vital signs, resident care and education, and collaboration with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
