Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Yonkers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit and Long Term Care, with focus on comfort, safety and quality.

This role includes medication administration (including IVs), monitoring vital signs, patient and family education, and coordinating with physicians and CNAs. Competitive wages and benefits offered; daily pay available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with valid LPN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or LTC preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Salary: Up to $42 hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current License-LPN
