Reliant Care Management, LLC seeks dedicated LPNs for full-time night shifts to provide compassionate nursing care to residents in our facility. You will conduct assessments, follow protocols, and document changes to ensure high-quality care.

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
