Job summary

Courtyards Community Living Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team on a PRN basis, delivering compassionate care to residents and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities include medication administration, routine treatments, ADL care, and documenting care plans; you will conduct rounds, communicate with residents, families, and physicians, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, ADL care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice)
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure residents receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on the assigned unit
• Other tasks as required
