Job summary

CareCore at Heritage in Minster, Ohio seeks a dedicated LPN to join our long-term care team. The position offers a 6:00pm-6:00am full-time schedule with every 3rd weekend rotation.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality resident care. We value compassionate, dependable, team-oriented nurses with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Experience with PointClickCare preferred but not required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
