Cassia Community is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Moose Lake Village in Minnesota. The role focuses on compassionate, high-quality care for residents, medication administration, and teamwork to ensure positive outcomes.

The position offers full-time or part-time shifts, with Nights NOC from 10:30pm to 6:15am and a wage range of $27–$32.52 per hour, plus a $3.00 night differential. Moose Lake Village is a Cassia community committed to growth and development.

Formación

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
• Documents care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Type:Full-Time or Part-Time

Shifts Available (including every other weekend):

Nights (NOC) 10:30pm to 6:15am

New Wage Range: $27 - $32.52 per hour based on experience

Night Shift Differential: $3.00 / hour

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
