Job summary

Harmony Gardens, a Cassia community in Maplewood, MN, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caregiving team. You’ll provide compassionate resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure excellent outcomes.

The position offers Full-Time or Part-Time hours, every other weekend, with shifts including days, evenings, and nights. Wage range is $30.82–$36.24 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of LPN experience.
• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN LPN license.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor effects.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and family members.
• Document resident care using computerized charting software.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and stock levels.
• Notify Clinical Manager of significant changes in a resident's condition and take follow-up action.
• Monitor nursing staff on duty during the shift.

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, every other weekend

Available Shifts (Including every other weekend)

• Days 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Part-Time)
• Evenings 2:30 PM - 11 PM TCU (Full Time)
• Nights 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM TCU (Full-Time)

Wage Range: $30.82 - $36.24 / hour depending on experience

Location: 1438 County Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109

Nurse Responsibilities

• Displaya courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Workto coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administermedications and/or treatmentin accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Managemedications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documentresident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• NotifyClinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitornursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Nurse Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of LPN experience.
• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN LPNlicense.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
