• Current/active Licensed Practical Nurse licensure

LPN Shift:

• Day or Night Shift ($4.00/HOUR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL PAY FOR NIGHT SHIFT)
• 12 hour shifts
• Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
