Job summary

Adecco in Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN for field-based home health care. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, independence, and meaningful patient relationships as you visit patients in their homes.

You will provide skilled nursing visits, monitor conditions, educate patients and caregivers, document thoroughly, and travel throughout the assigned area. Requires Oregon LPN/LVN license, CPR, 1+ year home health, valid driver’s license; $10,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Active Oregon LPN or LVN license
• At least one year of clinical nursing experience
• At least one year of home health experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
