Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for in-home health care in Grants Pass, OR. This field-based, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a competitive pay rate of $32.00–$40.00 per hour.

The nurse will provide one-on-one visits, monitor patient conditions, educate families, and maintain accurate documentation while traveling across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon LPN/LVN license.
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• At least one year of clinical nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

• Monitor patients’ conditions and communicate changes to the clinical team
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications, treatments, and care needs
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Position Type: Field-based

We’re seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values independence, meaningful patient relationships, and a consistent weekday schedule.
