Linden Place Center for Nursing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in North Carolina. You will provide hands-on resident care and support the RN in delivering high-quality outcomes, while valuing teamwork and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.

• Monitor residents and report changes to the RN promptly.
• Perform routine tasks: vital signs, wound care, catheter care, specimen collection.

In this role, you will provide hands‑on resident care and support the Registered Nurse in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered outcomes. We are looking for a nurse who values teamwork, consistency, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents every day.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and clinical leadership
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with facility policies
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes or concerns to the RN
• Perform routine clinical duties including vital signs, wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
• Reinforce resident and family education as directed by the RN
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
• Support individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well‑being
