Job summary

A reputable assisted living facility in Holmdel Township is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their dedicated team. In this role, you will administer medication, monitor residents' conditions, and perform treatments under physician guidance. Ideal candidates will possess an active New Jersey LPN license, and prior experience in long-term care is preferred, though not required. Qualifications

• Must hold an active New Jersey LPN license.
• Preferably has previous long-term care experience.
• Will administer medication and perform treatments according to care plans.

• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
• Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, in accordance with resident’s care plan and within scope of practice
• Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change
